Savanna

March 28th 2007 - August 17th 2008

Our baby girl Savanna came in to our lives as a small, cheeky little girl who after a week was very well accepted by our two dogs Ali and Tyson - she also developed quite a liking to them.

If she wasn't on our bed sleeping with us she was on the dogs bed or even on one of the dogs - it was so cute. She developed into a big beautiful girl and loved spending time with you; whether it was watching you cook tea, watching you in the shower and even following you into the toilet.

Every weekend you would wake up to her smooching your face because she wanted her brekkie. She was definitely a Ragdoll - she was very trusting when we picked her up going very floppy every time.  Poor girl fell off the bed a couple of times because I think she just thought one of us would catch her, so she didn't even bother putting her feet out to land on.

Even though our time with her was to short when she was tragically taken from us, we loved every minute we got to spend with her.  She was the best cat ever and will be forever missed.

I would like to thank you Michelle and David for letting this beautiful girl come into our lives so we could experience such a wonderful breed.

RIP beautiful girl.

Donna

WARNING

Please be very aware that the Ragdoll is a very trusting breed and if we are to learn anything from Savannas tragic demise is that a well bred Ragdoll must be kept indoors for their own safety.

Savanna was away from her family for only a couple of minutes and its all it took for a strange dog to critically injure her.

For all concerned, it has been heart wrenching to have a baby taken so early.

Ragdolls do not shy away from dogs, they seem to want to be with them.  Savanna had a very special relationship with 2 that she shared her home with.   It was just a very unfortunate accident she was taken by a dog that was unknown to her

God bless sweet angel ................... you were a beautiful girl in every way.

Dave and Michelle
